This is from a new, upbeat, family oriented restaurant in
Tallahassee. The co-owner used to manage several Outback
Steakhouses and knows about seafood product substitution and how
to avoid it. He offers a fresh fish of the day and buys from a
local seafood supplier. It seems the price is high enough to
serve many kinds of fish instead of cheap substitutes for
something else.
SFA salutes all the fine restaurants such as the Red Elephant
that sell consumers real fish as stated on their menu. We do not
salute those who bait and switch.
